patches Posted September 25, 2023 Share Recently watched these 2 comedy series on Apple TV. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt15677150/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1 https://www.imdb.com/title/tt13366604/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1 Both are pretty funny, light hearted and easy watching. I probably preferred Shrinking.

Duane_Bosch Posted October 17, 2023 Share Generally my other half and I find American shows to be shirt. However, We're watching Yellowstone. Yes they're all a bunch of murdering sociopaths but we are somehow enjoying it. And the scenery is incredible which is always great. When Aldershot played Wrexham I went down to the game. At halftime I was milling around with a pint and the camera team were interviewing super Paul mullin. I hung bout and after that interview camera kinda panned around to the small crowd that had gathered. Episode 8 deals with the Aldershot game, for all of 4 seconds. No cameo , no riches, no dead pool. disappointing Frosty
mecheng89 Posted October 19, 2023 Share Just finished watching the unofficial documentary of American Gladiator on Netflix. Good show. Incredible that 30 years after the conclusion of the American leg, the gladiators still get emotional about their involvement. I wondered the same thing, only thing I can think of is the length of the episodes. But that’s just my random thinking. Really enjoyed episode 7. Will watch it again I reckon. IceCreamMan Posted October 24, 2023 Share last stop Larrimah. on Netflix…. I just can’t make out what to think of it. The outback ozzies are a weird lot that’s for sure. Not sure it’s a comedy but I laughed a lot. one of the great mysteries 😂

Up to date on all of them and just waiting for the last episode of Yellowstone and the next season of 1923. Will be interesting to see if Kevin Costner's passion project (Horizon: An American Saga) will be great or not. Good cast. As for gritty westerns, I've probably posted this here before, but if you like em, then The English is definitely worth a watch. Thank you, will give The English a spin once I have worked through 1883 and then start up on 1923....at this point I am sure the new season of Yellow Stone (Or that 666 whatev'a they are calling it) will be out too.
