Ja I don't quite know how that works becuase it happens every few weeks or so that some kid or person with no license goes joy riding, causes an accident that kills 2 or 3 people and they just get a slap on the wrist never jail time

FACT- Once you pay the R500 fine for not having a License you get treated the same as a licensed driver.
