Transbaviaans Light - suggestions

Hi I have to buy a light for the TB coming .Have you got any suggestions ? I don't want to spend to much but I also want to get a good light that I can use.

 

Budget around R1000 ?

Find exteme lights on the web and on here . They got a lights for about R700.00 , very nice light and you will not need more than that . Also go and do a few night rides and then you will realise that lights are very overrated after a few rides .

Try get a light for R700 plus spare battery +-R300 = R1000....

if you ride fast you wont need a light..

If you are in a team you don't need a huge amount of light. Something like this will work great.

You can use it on low mode for most of the ride but when you descend you can go high mode. Get an extra battery. They are only R150 now.

Light will not be you limiting factor. More is nice and safer.
