dracs Posted June 27, 2013 Share Most sources claim a much lower number: Banana Peel - 3-4 weeks Ja maybe in the cold scottish highlands it takes 2 yrs (though i doubt it), in the afrcian veld - a couple of weeks. banana peels do no harm wither way - plastic wrappers in the pocket, banana peels back to the earth.
