If there are any tales of how you started out fat and slow and became a TDF contender in just 2 weeks, I would find that very encouraging too.

Im currently downloading a 25gig folder which contrains several but it didnt say which ones. Also try and google spintervals - there are a couple as well but havent used them so cant comment. Let me know if you come across any others

SwissVan Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 Spent many hours on the IDT and tbh I prefer to watch popular tv series or films rather than a specific cycling training stuff I like to follow my own training plans and enjoy doing that while watching something totally irrelevant to the mindlessness of IDTraining, something that I look forward to watching, kind of like a way to trick myself to spend time on the IDT... So my suggestion would be to follow a training plan from a coach or other source but use the dvd as a distraction showing something else that you will look forward to watching other than cycling.
