I initially shaved but was then informed by a specialist that shaving causes your leg hair to come back thicker, so changed to the waxing option, and yes you get used to it, so HTFU...

In my case, my wife will buy it for me, I will land up paying for it and she will hide it from me forever..

Ita been disproven. No amount of shaving can alter the composition/thikness/growth rate of hair...

 

Its a hormone driven process.

Been shaving for a while now...

But how to get rid of these red dots?

I presume it's something to do with the hair follicles...

 

Sterilise your legs - they are minor infections in/around hair follicles - spray them with surgical spirits post shaving a few times and the problem will reduce significantly.

 

And change your razor blade regularly.
