Let me re-phrase.... ;)

Buy your chick/wife/woman one, and then use hers... :)

And then for your birthday, your wife/chick/woman will buy you one for you and abscond with the new one.

Man up and wax!

I agree.

I initially shaved but was then informed by a specialist that shaving causes your leg hair to come back thicker, so changed to the waxing option, and yes you get used to it, so HTFU... ;)

In my case, my wife will buy it for me, I will land up paying for it and she will hide it from me forever..

Which is exactly what happened... so back to the old Gillette...

Had a slide on one of the gravel junctions at die Burger - I am very happy with (grateful of) my shaven legs!

 Everyone has an opinion.

Dear Gerhard . Have it clear in your head why you would want to shave . ... pros - cons

Then make up your own mind, and stay away from "fashion"

This is the main reason I think, plasters don't like hairy legs.

Ita been disproven. No amount of shaving can alter the composition/thikness/growth rate of hair...

Its a hormone driven process.

You are free to shave

Been shaving for a while now...

But how to get rid of these red dots?

I presume it's something to do with the hair follicles...

Sterilise your legs - they are minor infections in/around hair follicles - spray them with surgical spirits post shaving a few times and the problem will reduce significantly.

And change your razor blade regularly.
