So I know you do get it, 2K paint in a rattle can, but can't seem to find it in Cape Town....

Does anybody know where I can buy 2K in a rattle can in Cape Town?

Thanks Hubbers.

What is "2k Paint", sorry if it is naïve but I have never heard of it?

It is a high quality paint that is made out of 2 parts (2K) typically used to paint cars.

This sounds good, never new you could get 2k in a spray tin??

How the hell do they premix the hardner and not have the paint go off in the tin?

Sounds fishy as one of the reasons 2k is so hard and durable is it is isocyonate based, basically superglue paint. Or maybe they using one of these modern water based car paints, which still need hardner though?

The can consists of 2 compartments, one with hardner, other with resin substance.when a concentrated colour is mixed it gets pressurised with paint and air . You then puncture a hole between compartments with a internal pin,can be seen on bottom of can. Shake and spray.
