Riders who participate in both Q1 and Q2 will be allocated one extra rear slick of specification A (highest grip level) after Q2. The total rear slick allocation for these riders remains at 12, so any extra tyre taken will replace an unused rear slick from the original allocation. So yeah, it looks like all compounds are available to all riders.

The company’s development of the MICHELIN Power Rain tyres – which has seen the harder compound show good durability in drying conditions – has led to the decision to remove the intermediates from this year’s allocation.

Happened a few years back.So dont hope to much please, I would like to see a race......

Except that this year they will allow racing under lights, in the rain, if everyone had at least one session in the wet (which leaves WUP), so let's hope it doesn't rain. At all.
