I rode the new Ultegra 6800 a while back and i was blown away by the shifting and braking. I was riding Dura Ace 7800 parts and it was on par on performance.Lbs rang me up last week and said they had a few sets on a launch price if interested.I decided to go for it as i need a compact crank and wanted to go for the hidden cable look.

 

Took it out for a ride and it really is worth getting a compact crank if you are a ballie and live around some hills.I am really impressed at the quality of Ultegra.

 

Weight with DA was 7.2kg and now with 11 speed Ultegra 7.38kg.

 

With Lightweight test wheels on 6.8kg
