Matt Posted September 3, 2013 Posted September 3, 2013 Hi there, A user reported some "self ratings" on your profile this morning. There was previously a bug in the system which allowed users to rate themselves which of course could skew the ratings. Your total has decreased as a result of removing the four positive "self ratings". All legitimate ratings from other users are still intact. Let me know if you have any questions. Kind Regards, Matt
