Man who throw a rock from a bride got sentenced to only ten years. But it's still a good thing he got caught and sentenced.

 

The case was for a serious injury the week later, had no evidence as the driver the week before died a few days later.

 

Same law applies to anyone who wants to harm or maim a cyclist. Any there are ways to track heaven forbid this does happen.
