Always had great service from Naas.Problem i've had with buycycle is more the courier service they use and stock levels not been kept up to date.

Keep it up Naas.

 

ordered from Buycycle the other day, most expensive delivery option among other local online shops and longest transit time - 6 days from order sent, just got something from the USA in 4 days this week.

Also because we do not "dropship" or sell from suppliers warehouse we actually do have stock and can supply...

I didn't have much joy getting what I wanted when I ordered online, there was a mistake on the wed page write up..., But boy did they try to get it sorted for me... Still didn't find what I was looking for but did the refund straight away.

I had been looking for a carbon road shoe for a while. Had been in contact with Janos for a while, he answered all my questions about the diadora shoes quickly.

 

Finally pulled the trigger on Saturday and got a pair of pro racer.

 

Great service, really appreciated the effort they went through to get me a great shoe, they stayed open a little late for me on Saturday.

 

Another great experience at evobikes.

 

Also visted them at their new warehouse in Durbanville, wife even enjoyed the coffee shop up the road.

 

Rode 185km with shoe the next day and no issues.
