  1. I have two titanium ones for you
  2. I’ve mostly had good experiences selling and buying.if anything the rating system need work, most people don’t rate. It’s probably the best indication of a good trader.
  3. Lmao, I must come past for visit :)
  4. New tyre, it's not worth taking a chance with
  5. Sounds good, a peddle powered coffee brew in the morning would be unbeatable.
  6. I thought the article would at least mention the root cause of load shedding - ebikes!
  7. I blame ebikes for load shedding. Before the dawn of ebikes load shedding was very periodic, now, since the boom of them, we are having it all the time!
  8. LOve the red, it goes really well.
  9. I've not done an Enduro yet but I'm really keen to give it a bash. This one though looks like a massive day out and I think it's going to be awesome. I have to do one.
  10. Sounds really cool. One thing I’ve always loved is the natural feel of Tokai but I’m sure they will do a good job.
  11. That Nukeproof is nice, how are the new trails at Tokai coming along, anyone been there lately?
  12. I've been on the seach for an X2 but all the ones I see are for 200m lenghts, I think my bike needs 182mm or somewhere around there. Keen to see the differnece from an DPX2
  13. Hey guys If you are looking for an enduro coil fork I’m selling my MRP ribbon coil - https://www.bikehub.co.za/classifieds/380935-mrp-ribbon-coil-120-160mm/ Loved that podcast with the Cotic owner on mullets.
  14. If anyone is look for a great enduro fork, I'm selling my MRP Ribbon Coil 120-160mm. It's pretty new, 6 months. https://www.bikehub.co.za/classifieds/372461-mrp-ribbon-coil-120-160mm/
  15. Best place to train, Suickerbos improved my cycling better than any riding I used to do in JHB. If you can ride two laps there any hill you face out on the road will be easy.
  16. I read a pretty good test on running a smaller back wheel and the result was that it was pretty much the same. I think the bigger difference will come from how the bike feels to that particular rider.
  17. Just ordered my first Orderin to work from Scheckters in Sea Point, R150 for a falafel wrap, eating vegetarian is not cheap
  18. Your **** counter is going up and up man. Just saying.
  19. Lol, I hear you, very few people have seen it, it took me almost 2 years to get around to watching it but I'm so glad I did. It is absolutely spectacular, from the acting to the shooting style to the score. I also thought, hmmm Australia, moving there might not be so bad, right to the middle of nowhere lol. For me, the ending was just so perfect. That last episode was how every good series should end. This series superb acting, I think to continuously display that kind of emotion in such a convincing way must be really difficult. It's funny, telling people about the film - semi-spoiler coming even though it happens in the first 1min of the show --- 30% of the people disappear just like that, vanish... they turn off and assume it's all scifi. So far from what it's about. I could go on forever about it but if you want to do your self a favour and you enjoy good storytelling, watch The Leftovers.
  20. To date, my best ride yet, thank you matey
  21. The iconic table mountain
  22. Super cool, enjoy them, they will only smell the way they do now this one time.
  23. I rode today for the first time on my Following MB in X-Low mode. I was interested in seeing two things mainly, decending ability and climbing of course with the slacker seat angle. Climbing was great, rode up a fairly steep rocky road and having a bit more weight on the back actually helped. I often need to pop the front wheel over rocks and having it light almost made it effortless. This I think, helps conserve upper body energy for the decent. I think reading the numbers of it is far from riding the bike and experiencing it. Decending was really nice, I’d not ridden the trails before so I didn’t gas it. The bike still has all it’s pop and fun but with a more planted feel. Didn’t notice the peddles feeling much lower, I ride the recommended 170mm cranks and it was fine. If you haven’t tried it I would definitely say give it a try, I’m not going back to low mode anytime soon. Can’t post here without mentioning the Offering, man that My Boy Blue is beautiful. Totally worth that R48k on top of the R3k carbon frame. Happy riding Evil’ers, I’ll try add more after I’ve ridden more.
  24. The Leftovers season 1,2,3 Best series I have ever watched hands down.
  25. When I lived in JHB this was an amazing place to train, have a good time.
