Spacer for cleat

Where can I find a spacer that comes between the shoe and the cleat?

When I clip my foot in, the shoe is unmovable as the cleat is set too deep in the shoe...

what cleats?

 

Shimano XT

 

Traded old pair of Motodivas for new pair. Fitted the exact same cleat plate, but now side of shoe inset presses against pedal - which leaves the shoe with zero float...

And here's my Spez mtb shoe sole with time cleat, should be plenty of space for shimano spd cleat

Loo cleats have spacers I'm sure they will work. ask LBS if they can organise a set of spacers from the agents
