Hey Seeker hang tough, I went through some bad times earlier this year and the only thing that kept me sane was training even though I didn't race much. It will be okay! kingalton Posted November 4, 2013 Share so how did everyone go out there? swim course was 2.1 apparently - a little off the 1.5 it was meant to be, oh well, good training. my left goggle kept filling with water, couldn't get a good rhythm at all.. bike was crazy tough the last 8 km with that headwind. run was a nice easy course.
