On another 'feedback' note, when will you guys be collecting all your pointer/marker boards...?

They're still all over the place and starting to look a bit like litter.

Just saying.

please let me know where the markers are that you are referring to as the route gets cleaned up immediately after the race, it may be that a section was missed for some reason, but i assure you we take this very serious and will clean up any section that may have been missed.

There are still a few in a lot of places. On the sides of rand water road round the cemetery, along the R59 after the 35/60km split. A lot are missing the rocks that were holding them down and have blown into the grass. If somebody lends me an MX bike I'd be happy to collect them for you.

Ditto, saw quite a few down towards the road after the second (35km) water point. Was with a group on a night ride so couldn't stop but I plan on going round on the weekend with a backpack and fetching the ones I can find.

Irritates me when they delay the start because of 'late comers' ......

It was not just a matter of late comers. I stood in that queue for 40min trying to register and when I was about to reach the table for temp license I left. Then still had to stand in queue to enter. Arrived over an hour before race was suppose to start. So did the route by my self without any hold ups.
