His name is Robert Paulson... His name is Robert Paulson.

So Bob is dead then :(

In death a member of Project Mayhem has a name.

Looks like I have two user-names now   Either way, thanks for the response regarding the bikes characteristics, I'm going to get hold of it this weekend and try it on my local trail before pulling the pin. Hell, anything has to be better than my old 26" Giant XTC hardtail

Bob Hope signing out :w00t:

@ Buff-sa i can assure you that it is no slouch on XC type terrain just set the suspension to trail and it climbs as well as my Anthem used too. If you wanna do some Tar training then set to rock hard Climb mode and i keep up with most of the narrow tyre brigade....Then there's the fun part of Descending when you open the shocks up...pure bliss i tell you it gobbles up track.

I'm in the market for new bike..

Been looking at the Giant Trance 27.5, Scott Genius 940 and Specialized Camber Comp.

All alloy bikes priced in order, R23k , R20k and R28k.

Giant and Spez have awesome reviews and Genius is good (not great)

Any advice welcome.

Thanks
