Gen Posted March 17, 2014 Posted March 17, 2014 I often worry about some of the foreigners that spend so much time in SA.. as far as I know south african anti doping can't just test them they have to put in an application to their home countries and get permission first.

This was back when Insane Bolt was training in Germiston of all places.Funny how many Jamaican's got nicked recently, isn't it?
