JGR Posted December 5, 2013 Share I train with them and so far achieved very good results Do you know the rates? not much info on the site Also - I have heard many people complain about coaches ect and how hands off and unavailable they are - particularity with weekend warrior types. What has your experience been with S2S
V12man Posted December 5, 2013 Share This has to be one of the most amateur looking websites around.... not good at all. Text boxes to capture things in with no details as to what to capture... FAIL...Out of focus logo.... fail...etc etc...

What has your experience been with S2S I use John Wakefield, he always responds, sometimes I even think I am starting to irritate him...he is very helpfull. They offer different programs, I pay a monthly rate of about R950, but I am racing league so I need to build on my fitness. I would defenitely not have stayed with them for 2 years if it was not working for me Edited December 5, 2013 by MTB_Roadie

Sworks20 Posted December 5, 2013 Share Thanks Do you do your correspondence over email/Skype and how often do you get feedback and make adjustments. essentially trying to ascertain the value of buying a program or having a coach I also work with John and I can say his attention to detail is incredible. He is always available when I need to know anything. I use Skype and mail to correspond and the latest I have gotten a reply is early the next morning and I am happy with. If I call and he does not answer I leave a message and he always calls back. I also respect his privacy and his time so try not to bother him unless its important. I get feedback about every 2-3 weeks once he has enough info to send me. There are different categories of coaching so you get different type of feedback per category but the coaching and knowledge is the same across the 3 options. I have been really happy with the price I pay monthly for category 2 and the level of service I get and I am the ultimate weekend warrior who just wants to get better at riding my bike. My goal is the dreaded Sub 3 Argus this year. Rode 3:40 this year. Edited December 5, 2013 by Sworks20
V12man Posted December 6, 2013 Share Again, you have so much to say negatively. Not that it matters. There is a difference between being negative, and being accurate. In everything - quality is important... if they release substandard work on their website, what exactly are they providing to you? The fact of the matter is that I am not commenting on their coaching - just on their website which needs a lot of work, and reflects poorly on their professionalism - and if S2S have an issue with my comments, then I will be happy to send them my contact details, and we can take it from there, and I will give them a list of things to fix - and check it is done properly too Good luck with your sub 3 - hope you have good weather. Sworks20 Posted December 6, 2013 Share The site to you is substandard it seems, their service is they provide is world class, their athlete list and results speak for themselves.
