Seriously though, when you are in CT and looking for a recovery ride, then give me a shout. With summer now we have a swimming hole on the route and then still head out for of the best coffee in CT at Deluxe Coffee ..... being a pro cyclist we will take pity on you and between the lot of us I am sure we can scrape R12 to buy you a coffee. All this before work and leaves one feeling like you have cheated by living life while the rest of SA is waking up and sitting in traffic.

Or there is a button called More Reply Options, which will take you to a box where you can follow the above steps. I would have to wake uo at 3:30, to go ride in the am and still get the kids up and sorted (and myself sorted for work) for school .. and let me add.. there is no way in hell I will do that. I get way too grumpy when I am tired. And yes I am jealouse

No Hare Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 had a quick look this morning and saw the fred: "welcome Max Knox".And my brain skopped in rat and this is what came out: Max= Maximum & Knox= Knocks= fall And I thought that a ou must really be a kuck cyclist to name himself after the amount of times he falls (knocks) off a bike.Then I see that everyone is calling the ou "sir"..... WTF!....he must be famous...So, from my side, Welcome.And, what do you ride?

And yes I am jealouse Secret is taking turns (What the others in the group with kids do to make sure they have Wednesday's free) .. .well in my case my wife is a stay at home executive and the school is one and half blocks from our home.

Lol.. oh man no, hubby himself is at the office at 6am.. so there is f-all chance of me being able to do the early morning rides.
