36one MTB Challenge?

Well, this was a great test of character.

Myself , Clinton and Kim were the last finishers 29hrs 25min

 

What an awesome experience. From the start it felt like a outride.

 

Big ups to the marshals and the medical staff.

 

We took our time to get in, slow and steady , and we finished.

 

The great thing here was at no point did we feel forced or pressured to give up. The sweep vehicle followed us for 40km, and kept the distance.

 

Hard luck to all that did not finish.

 

Thanks to all the sponsors, even for the box of Craft beer and Fairview wines.... was not expected.

 

I suspect with that kind of prize for last finisher, the competition will be stronger to be the last one to finish. :-)
