Enjoyed the race, marshalls did a fantastic job.

Anyone else see Nolan ride home?

Maybe he rode there too. Would explain him being outsprinted. These Pros are tough.

We stopped to try help a girl having an asthma attack. Her friend called ER24 number and they didn't even know about the race. Unbelievable given that there were many of their emergency cars around. Luckily she managed to regulate her breathing and got going again. Pretty poor given how good all the marshaling was on the day! I think there needs to be a number that you can call for help and they should be able to contact the people on the ground supporting the event.

If it was a lady in Bestmed gear: Thank You! She is a friend of mine.

They announced the emergency number at the start , before every bunch took off, guys were actually joking about remembering it.( six digit number) . people need to pay attention and take note as it IS Important

Thanks for the Videos Gary

It must be the first time in a while that Nolan Hoffman was outsprinted

The guy who won, James Perry, also rides for Abantu. There was 1:01 minute gap to 3rd place. So I think Nolan must have given it to James.

hats off to so many guys and ladies out there for performing like pro's. I rode C barely survived to the 70 km Mark. Got scooped up by some late A and B guys and we flew making up time... but alas, the cramping at the 90km mark forced me to struggle the last hour limping to the line. It was a great day for me,rode with lots of fun guys ... To the the misserable people: Its supposed to be fun (Gee wizz) !!! Final time of 3h37

Think I saw you but wasn't sure. Blue/yellow Ermelo (or something) kit??? Didn't get a chance to chat. Was only really at the climb before the descend into Hekpoort that we manage to split C and then after the long low grade climb we managed to stay away at the front. Picked up the scatterlings of A and B but not many wanting to work in the wind. Think some pretended (or maybe just didn't know) what a pace line is.

There was one guy in black/white kit on a Giant with an orange visor/helmet combo who must get all the credit for the average time in C.

A member of your club did a lot of work at the front of B. He is really strong into the wind. Thank him from the Jacaranda trio please.

Nice to be back on the road bike.

Anybody saw the aggressive guy in AL after the race. Was swearing at another guy and even stopped to klap him. Too much testosterone with his Kellog's? Thought we cycled for fun.
