Wow, what an experience.The bag I wanted just happened to be on special so from them and while I was at it I got a pair of marked down gloves. Free shipping was a nice touch.I had immediate response, on a public holiday nogal, wrt a query on the bag and the communication from payment to tracking was great. Fullthrottle not so great. I placed an orded, it took 10 days for them to get back to me 'sorry we don't have it. I've cancelled your order', and that was in an email cc'd to multiple people.
