Hairy Posted May 9, 2014 Share V/A gym in longstreet do have bike racks at the entrance and under cover I use the Zone Fitness gym at the Cape Quarter, just across the road from my office and pay R169/month for my membership ..... it is a joke actually, in the last 4 years I have only used the tread mill once, done stretching when I had a tight hammy and probably did about 5 boxing sparring sessions when one of the personal trainers needed a sparring partner for one of his clients. Mmm thats not bad and its right by my work too - i think i recall them saying something about R300 / month for membership not R169, but i shall enquire about this! Lock the bike up outside by one of the many poles, changing area is clean and so are the showers, although there is only two and only one with a door, haha - get what you pay for! Ask the guy there if you cant lock your bike in the outside area by the pool or just before you enter the mens rooms downstairs there is an outside area.
