I think Brandon was going for the win in the Endomondo Munga challenge? ANyway he didn't win it ....

We have now checked workouts of all the top riders in the challenge and found the winner of a team entry into the Munga.

We have also found the five winners of a limited edition branded Munga jacket. These five winners have been found from a weighted random draw.

"The Munga" challenges is a mountain bike challenge and the prize for the winner is an entry to the toughest mountain bike race in the world, so we wanted to make sure that the winner of the challenge is a real mountain biker and not a person who does a lot of road biking.

In all our featured challenges we check the workouts of the top contestants and we exclude any "false" or unrealistic workouts to ensure fair play. For this particular challenge we have also removed users or invalidated workouts for users who have spent more time on tarmac(road biking) than on trails(mountain biking). It has come to our attention that one of the top ranked rider is currently under suspension by the SA Institute for Drug-Free Sport, so this user has been removed from the challenge.

Winner of a Team entry into the MUNGA:

Radim Bláha

Winner of a Limited edition branded Munga jacket:

Sigmund Jacobsen

Bjarne Johannsson

Damir Foršner

Michał Suchecki

Mike Stow

Congratulation to all the winners, you will be contacted directly by e-mail. Please reply to the email as quick as possible.

Thank you all for taking part in this challenge.

but by the same token and ave of 130km everyday for a month is good......but then if you're a full time paid racer that doesn't race.....well um.

reminds me, David George's suspension ends this month....time flies huh?

I see Bridget Stewart was moaning about Munga on twitter this morning - what's up there?

well since he did more than double what the eventual winner came in with, i wonder who else fell through the cracks?!

I love the way his initials correlate with his twitter input.

My governance gene is kicking in. I hope Munga is keeping all those deposits in a safe escrow/trust account. Seen and was involved in big marketed events with apparently all approvals done and then cancelled and struggling for three years to get my entey fee back.

They are going through different provinces with different rules and red tape.

But I'm excited to watch and follow on some sort of live tracker. It's like the Amazing Race movie. We can even do bets here.

I want live Tour de France style coverage... I will literally take off work etc whatever it takes to follow it all. Imagine watching rider after rider cracking and then getting second/third/fifteenth winds while attacking each other 800km's into a race - the potential if they can get it right is off the charts!
