I know its not a dually, but electronic lockout?

I heard somewhere that the reason Kulhavy's seat is the way it is, is to help him on the climbs, but was wondering since Nove Mesto has relatively little climbing.

Think its a lock out, check out the top right of the fork, thats deffinitley a trick from the fox guys

Looking at the course walk there are some pretty technical/rocky climbs
