Self Lubricating polymer = Vesconite?

or just sommer Nylon?

none of the above. nylon swells in water and vesconite creates to much drag and friction sucking up all your watts. you are on the right path though. (-; it is a very low friction, self lubricating material. no it is not teflon eather.

So what would the typical lifespan of the BB be?

So what would the typical lifespan of the BB be?

It all depends on the conditions you ride in and how often you maintain it. We sponsor Rourke Croeser and all the Kargo Pro Mtb team members. The ride between 4500km and 6500KM on a set. We don't use grease in their bearings to cut down on friction. Some of our riders who did the Epic are still riding with the same set of bearing. if you stay away from high pressure hoses and service your bearings regularly you should get more than a years worth of riding before you have to replace the bearings.

Is the Morewood Zula 26" frame not made locally and the 650b Zula is from the east or did Morewood start sourcing from the east from 2012? Anyone know?

I spent some time in the UK and Europe last year and the folks abroad could not seem to stop raving about the Morewood Zula when i told them i have one.

Walked into a few bike stores abroad and most said both the 26" and 650b Zula was the best full suspension frames they have ridden. Won bike of the year as well in 10/11 so the Zula is like a legend over there. The 650b Zula has also received rave reviews.

The Morewood brand is very well respected abroad.

The Pyga and Morewoods are like the SA boutique brands abroad from what people have told me.

Stephen, looks like you make a great product at a decent price, the website is a bit hard to navigate and confusing.

Enough to make me go, ahh maybe next time even though the stuff looks promising.
