Any idea where I can go for lactate threshold testing in the JHB area?

Once you know what it is what are you going to do with the info??

There are many thresholds, and you can do a simple test yourself and find a threshold.

I went for a test a year ago. Just thought it would be interesting to do another test and compare results.

Still same offices. Still same people, just under their own umbrella it seems.

 

They did well in Maurice today it seems. 3rd in TTT.

 

But yes. Jaco does a very nice analysis together with TL testing.

If you ask nicely he'll come to your home.
