jcza Posted June 13, 2014 Share Watched final 25km last night and what fantastic racing it was! Attack after attack and the pace was insane. Hope we see more of the same at the Tour. Glance at the profile and it looks like a day for the sprinters but look more closely and the final 30km include some disruptive roads that promise a tense finish with several sharp climbs including a 15% wall with two kilometres to go. Nibs looking more settled ad even attacked in the final few kms. Keldermann steady and solid for Belkin. Hi Dale, you know if theres any truth in your man joining Tinkoff saxo ? Lieuwe Westra and Jan Bakelants were the two attackers who initiated this breakaway. 45.9 kilometres have been covered in the first hour of racing.
