I get Cannondale and the love people have for them. Jeez they are nice bikes and I'd have to say when ever I've risen one it felt very 'grown up' but I'd have to go with Giant. Bang for buck, smile on dial and trail mayhem all point down line for the maestros of maestro!

If it was me, I would want the Scalpel for Sani2C and the Giant for Berg & Bush.

Slightly off topic. Love my AX29 with Crest Wheelset, and also love my Cannondale Super Six Hi-Mod.

Thus my conclusion : Cannondale for your road bike and Giant for your MTB.
