Me and you are tjommies now, so I can check your diary and you can mine...So I click on your name and check what you have done

Here is one I did.... http://my.virtualtraining.cycleops.com/en/rouxtjie/workout/239373

notice the black line on the graph...power

Here is one of yours....no black power line or power reading only speed and altitude

Ah yes that ride was a real ride i did last week recorded on my garmin which i loaded onto the virtual thing... there are 2 rides on my diary both from my garmin (the other in june) i'm planning to use the routes for winter training and to compare the difference between real and virtual.

I just checked and the ride i did yesterday on the powerbeam is not on the virtual diary, so yes the powerbeam / joule is not talking to the app / laptop.

I think that was because i might have clicked "enter race" before downloading the route? I was able to watch the whole race but none of my stats were received.

Does the joule computer have to be selected to a specific mode? After calibrating I was in a normal ride mode (i think).

Dont think so swiss...look the its about comms and making sure peripherals(sensors) are talking to the laptop / tablet and the laptop / tablet having internet connectivity.

Maybe try and do a online route...not race and see if automatically sync's to VR site. This will test the whole chain.

Yup, will do AND definetly wont race... the engine room is moeg today after yesterday's effort...which is good i need to get used to race effort mode instead of LSD

Lekkers. Ja I suggest almost just like a test of everything...make sure you can see all the data on the screen(readings for all peripherals) and that it syncs automatically to the VR app.

The lads killed me last night....talus is sneaky russian dog. He gives you just enough rope to hang yourself...jorrie and dave sommer break your spirit out of the blocks

the one about riding scooters?

Nee man the one about measuring your ride in kilometres and not miles! Some big numbers there, thanks for publishing.

I am an old diesel. Takes a long time to warm up and cannot rev at all. Chuck-chuck all the way.

Thats my excuse...but i'm going to try rewire my rev limiter over the next 6 months

Is it possible to "sit wiel"? Is slipstreaming and wind resistance simulated well? Because "wiel sit" is the only way I know how to ride on the road and if this aspect is simulated effectively I will join the party.

You ride in a vacuum...soz man, no sitting on wheels.
