Online Racing - Virtualtraining (Cyclops)

I am OK on PC at the moment. Are you using the video? Did you download the route before riding?

I am struggling to get the Virtual training running kn the PC, it is terribly slow in the setup and sometime not responding. Re-installed it now for the 5th time.

Anybody else experiencing this?

Not sure why, but my power numbers are down...struggled last night to keep a decent pace!

 

Legs feel they have done something extra. Always good.

For some reason my race data has gone missing. Felt great and started off strong just to hit a very hard wall at the halfway mark.......

Great workout though.

I am doing races for the next 4 wknds so won't be able to do the Tue nights races as well.
