2.Software version is the latest desk top = 3.2.1196

my procedure .

i open the software

it logs onto the virtual training site successfully

users get displayed , local routes as saved to the laptop is displayed , internet routes get displayed.

when i enter the online option - the page is blank , i press the refresh button , the message " online events being loaded appears" , after even overnight being logged on , no online events come up.

the box on the right with options for the online events scheduled , live , is all ticked excluding the events done - unclicked.

I've also have a question, if I don't have a ipad or tablet will a Smart TV work with wifi connection?

looking on the Virtual Training website it seems that the software is only supported on Windows, Android & iPad at the moment.

I don't think it would be long no, but that would be up to Samsung. In theory, you could run the desktop version and through your Wifi LAN you could "mirror" the picture onto the smart tv. No-one has tried this so we are unable to confirm if it will work or not and the limitations if it does.

Absolutely awesome service from Dave and the CycleOps guys today... been having problems with my Jetfluid trainer and they tested it and replaced it right there and then. Just another reason why you should get a cycleops if you are in the market for an IDT.

Im now quitely hoping that my power numbers are somehow going to magically improve but thats just wishful thinking :whistling:
