Sometimes the 2 profiles don't sync and then nothing gets saved back to your online training diary. I had a similar issue in the beginning and that was the reason for my issues DIPSLICK 1

TALUS Posted July 10, 2014 Posted July 10, 2014 My feedback (for further debugging): I received the same message everytime I wanted to join : The route did not exactly match the one on my Local routes. I eventually had to delete my local route to be allowed anything. On the PC I could not figure out a way to race without download. I had downloaded about 10% when the race started.... Also we should get a code. Many overseas guys registered but never raced. I could not even register (? due to not being downloaded). Nice ride BTW! Jorrie 1

BicyclePower Posted July 10, 2014 Author Posted July 10, 2014 Yeah it was yours on the hard drive.OK so what happens here is that because this route was given on a hard drive the software does not recognize it as the same route as what we rode/raced last night, thus it will want you to upload it to the internet as a new route, not ideal. so here is the important part for all these online race with video (which is all of them) you will need to download the route off the internet even if you have the route on your hard drive that we have given you.  sorry for this. i dont think there is a little fix that we could do to solve this but i will ask.
