What is a dc team?

I hope not, its a road event. :P

Scared we might pip you at the end. :w00t: . Was in a team last year, but had to pull out as I broke my Collarbone(fell over a snake on the Stellenbosch road) 1/11. Sucked big time as I trained hard for it. Looking to join a mtb team this year. (road bike sold)

Why do you need a team?

Sorry for the seemingly stupid questions.

'cause that's the nature of the event ...

"The Coronation Double Century, a challenging 202 km team cycling event renowned for its camaraderie and team spirit, starting and finishing in the historic Karoo town of Swellendam.

The Coronation Double Century is limited to 200 teams, with up to twelve cyclists competing per team. The challenging route passes through areas of the Overberg including Montagu, the Tradouw Pass and the tough 7km Op De Tradouw"
