Ok so i took an old Trek 2300SLR and converted it.

 

This is how she used to look

Then i started with paint stripper

The sanding part was by far the K*kest job by far !

Got the rims and spacers anodized (Astro Anodize in Isando) and the stickers made (1-time-signers in Isando)

i still want to anodize the seat clamp and headset cups.

 

at the moment iam running 42 - 17 but want to change it to 42 - 15 for 94.7

Ooooh that is pretty!!! Going for strong legs there! Im doing the 94.7 on a 39/16. Now I have to add that this is my first 94.7 and my training is about 6months behind schedule!!!

Nice work .... anodize the brakes at all .... or is that overkill?

 

It looks nice and clean!

 

How is the breaking surface with the anodized rims?
