Hi guys i would like know if it is posible to rebuild a freewheel with any oarts bought localy or does it have to be brand specific?

Depends what's wrong with it. If it's wobbling because the yellow plastic bushing is worn (the most common failure) you're either going to have to get a new one or a hubdoctor kit. Both will require some lube to ease the extraction from your wallet

 

If it's just stuck, a cleanout will work, but then it's likely to have the play described above when you're done.

 

The bearing on the outer edge is a standard one available from BMG or similar, but the bushing usually goes first.

The local agents keep spares of specific wheels for 5 years. But sometimes you may get lucky and find spares at bike shops (usually involves lots of phoning around)

I have a Sun Ringle Demon hub and the freehub has a mm or two play from side to side (cassette moves side to side). Will take it in to LBS tomorrow, might be locknut that's loose, but if it can't be fixed:

 

- where would one find a replacement, and

 

- can I ride with it like that in the meantime? Shifting is still solid and wheel runs well.
