We are always very quick to complain regarding bad service, probably because it makes us feel more powerless and is immensely annoying. I would would like to commend bicyclepower on their great service regarding my Powertap. They answered mails late on a Friday afternoon when most people have left already, they arranged a courier to pick my wheel up at my office and from start to finish their mails were prompt and courteous. Great job guys :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: .

Anyone else running the power reading on a Garmin 510 unit, mine stops displaying power output after I hit the 5 hour mark during training rides, happened on all three occupations I went over 5 hours. I think it's a Garmin firmware issue, wish they'd fix it. - hi-Jack-off.
