Interesting.

They're both Blackbox riders tho which is a major thing so first prize would be a team that runs SRAM.

Mondraker runs Marzo/Formula and Scott run Fox/Shimano

Valid point. Will be interesting to see how this all unfolds.

Can't wait for the season to kick off, but it is still miles away!

DHI # 1 April 11-12 Lourdes (France)

DHI # 2 June 6-7 Fort William (Great Britain)

DHI # 3 June 13-14 Leogang (Austria)

DHI # 4 July 4-5 Lenzerheide (Switzerland)

DHI # 5 August 1-2 Mont-Sainte-Anne (Canada)

DHI # 6 August 8-9 Windham (United States)

DHI # 7 August 22-23 Val di Sole (Italy)

World Champs - September 1-5 Vallnord (Andorra)

Masters World Champs 24 - 27 August Andorra for those interested...  :whistling:

I know a Solid (hint) guy who will be over there living the privateer life in a van who might be persuaded to spanner at Andorra for Saffer Masters. I've already planted the seed in his head.

You'll obs pay but for the fee you get a pit with tools and a mechanic for Masters. Oh and there's the added benefit of helping a local kid live his pro dreams.

If the cards do all fall into place & we wind up in Andorra, the plan would be to spend the preceding week in the PDS honing our beer drinking & Camembert eating skillz on the steeps, so we should have enough tools with us to get by. That said I'll keep this info in mind, thanks.

Our dates are 5th-17th July for the PDS.

No it seems like its Needles on Scott

This was on Faircloughs FB page this morning

But then again it may be all smoke and daggers ... as that looks like a Giant shirt that Needles is wearing - and Jono's been riding a Saracen all year

BUT - all teams - Scott - Giant and then Jono as a privateer were on Schwalbe tyres

that pic was a screen grab from that schwalbe ad they were shooting.

Given the two previous pics, i can't say i'd agree that that looks like Neko. Neko's a big lad, and those pegs suit Needles' rather skinny physique better. On that basis, I'd agree that Needles is the new Scott rider.

The other interesting debate is who is really going over to the new SRAM TLD team. My 2c on the matter: its likely to be Troy. They need a top rider, and he is it given that 2014 was his best season yet. He is already sponsored by TLD and SRAM, latter of which is at odds with Gwin's Fox sponsorship. Its just abit unusual to see such a contrasting mix of hardware on the same team. With SRAM TLD, Troy can ride whichever frame he wants. I'm sure Spesh wants the frame status quo to remain, so it would be a level transfer going to SRAM TLD.
