How to beat the Skyborgs:

1. Do a rain dance.

2. Arrange a Quintana attack and box Froome Dawg in with 6-7 of the biggest roleurs from Movistar, Astana and Tinkoff.

3. Hire a ninja and, at night time, super glue his elbows to his ribs so he can't assume his climbing position.

4. Drukspykers up Alpe d' Huez

So much complication: just steal his computer and he'll be unleashed at 1000W and will end up in Kazakhstan on Saturday.

You carry the burden of the African continent (much like our Qclickbeka (as Paul S would say) boys). You'd also bend double and huff and puff...

That could have gone horribly wrong- had a horny bull protecting his missuses charge me at Oak Valley one day, it is not funny!

Hey and cows are surprisingly fast too. . I had to slam on anchors once too. .

And I didn't have to try sort it out while going at the speed he was..

Lol..

Zak dempster is rather funny, he missed the cut off my 28/9 seconds but the organisers decided to be lenient and will allow him to start tomorrow. .

Some of his tweets..

Thanks for the support everyone. Now that I've gone and cried on TV and I'm likely to never go on a date again anyway http://t.co/1IWqU6vxva

I can say I'm having a bit of a health issue that's causing me to spend a fair bit of time out of the saddle.

And I've never been on my limit for so long ever.

Tomorrow's finish averages at 7.9% gradient with the worst being at 9.5%. The finish at plateau de beille lasts for 15.8 km should potentially make and exciting end to the 195 km stage.

These stages is far more exciting in that both the climbing test their endurance strength and the descending skill with how much of a speed daredevil they have within themselves.

I love it.
