Skubarra Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 Enjoyed TB. The section between Checpoint 2 & Bergplaas is really tough. For me MAC now stands for mother of all cramps. Cruelly had one literally 500 meters before the checkpoint. Took me about 10 minutes to cover that 500m. Luckilly recovered enough to continue with the race, but just missed out on our sub-12 goal. But to be fair, did not train nearly enough this winter.
