Anyone with the same problem?

Any suggestions on how to fix it?

I got my front brake pads to bite properly again by cleaning them and the rotors with Shield Blade and then with rubbing alcohol. You might need to sand the pads and rotors a bit if the cleaning doesn't work. Otherwise you'll probably need to buy new pads.

Posted

1. Clean pads and rotors with isopropyl alcohol

2. Deglaze pads and rotors with 120 grid sanding paper. Work rotors diagonally across brake surface (both sides) and pads in figure 8 motion until shiny and glazy surface is dull

3. Apply small amount of copper compound grease on back of pads

4. Make sure rotors are true

5. Make sure brake systems free of air

Also check your spoke tension...

For the love of me don't ask me why but I had the same issue with my magura's and tried everything from cleaning to realigning etc and then someone told me to check spoke tension. Once the wheels came back the brakes were silent again!!
