ACM Posted April 18, 2015 Posted April 18, 2015 Tough race today - luckily it was only 70km and not 76km as advertised as I cramped from about 63km so nursed it home. And at 69km rear tyre got cut - couldn't plug it (too big cut) - so fitted a tube and completed last km home - very dissappointing so close to finish. 1 x tyre going to the dustbin! Managed to finish in 4:30 - would have taken it before the race. Tomorrow the half :-)

In bed now and will wake up and see what the sun is doing before deciding about the half. ps next time i have a weekend away i might like it to be one where i pack more normal clothes as opposed to cycling gear...what a nerd
