Literally hundreds of cyclists on the road that time of the year. Road rides usually from 05h30 at Johnnie Koen Cycles (some mornings pro riders join). Earlier on weekends for longer rides. MTB is huge in the area. Also have rides everyday. There are many route options. I think they normally start at a similar time at Shell Garage in Voorbaai. But, Johnnie Koen Cycles will be able to assist with all the group rides.

BigDL Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 I'm doing a roadtrip - wife and I with a 2 man tent and the bikes. 3 days in Nieu Bethesda3 days in P.E.Overnight stop in Calitzdorp4 days in CTOvernight stop in BW3 days in SmithfieldIf you need somewhere to camp in Smithfield, my folks have a house there that we are stopping at for one night. Sure they would be happy to let you camp in the garden. They won't be there though.

There is a group that rides from near the Foodzone(?), look for them, George usually wears Europcar kit (he works for them). Other than that pm Wil6, he may be there over Xmas. There are trails through the farms, but don't ride them unless you have got permission, ootherwise you will be buggering up our access.
