I downloaded my data from my Bryton onto their website for the first time this evening. It splits the LTHR data into 7 zones and gives you the percentage of time spent in each.

I'm not familiar with the 7 zones. Does anyone know what the zone break down is. I have been using the following zones in the past so not sure how it stacks up relatively. Anyone familiar with the Bryton jol? I can't find an explanation on the net

Z3 92% - 94%

Z4 95% - 97%

Z5 98 to >100%

Maybe you familiar with zone 1 to 5 and then zone 5 is divided up into 5A, 5B, 5C.
