Karkloof Trails - Directions

I'm heading to Karkloof in a few days for some riding.

I know that the trailhead is at the Karkloof Country Club, but I can't seem to find the actual address of the Club.

Can anyone help me out with some directions? I'll be staying in Howick, so any directions from Howick would be awesome.

Thanks, guys!

Found the GPS coordinates after posting.

Really hoping the riding lives up to the hype.

If you are dissapointed, give chainsaw and I a call.  We can organise a ride for you to ride some serious rough stuff in Howick!  Raw and unplugged!

Ps You won't be dissapointed!!

Some of the best trails are on the Outback side. If you are adventurous...

True this. The 30k offers a few mid level technical pieces with nice fun track in between but for some proper climbing and distance with spinchter clenching tech then you must do the 60k Outback trail. There is a bit of bramble in places but if you not inclined to burst into tears then this is the ride to do. depends on your fitness level as well as there is no short cut home on the 60.

I reckon the 30k with a deviation to the fire tower is the best combo

I expected a tough rough but not how tough. :(

Got a taster of the 30km route but waved the white flag after 20 and found a district road back.

Thanks so much to blondeonabike and chainsaw for suffering through a longest day while covering the shortest distance with us. You guys totally rock.it was fun after I picked up my lungs.

P.S. my OH dropped his oakleys along the home stretch of the 30. We're here till Sunday if anyone finds it. Some beer can be had for its return.

Check in at the Club re the glasses. If someone picks them up and hands them in, it will be at the Club.
