Starting FL. Slowly working on that seeding again.

And in other news... Anybody in Tjoeras (Centurion) whose numbers I can pick up tomorrow (Thursday) from Fourways. Will be going through at 12:00. PM with your details (Name, Race number, Start group and Cell nr).

There should be a big group in VA - I have spoken to quite a few club guys who are also VA, so hoping for 50+ to be honest.

Not looking forward to the 7.5km spike in the beginning - I'm expecting a few guys to push hard there and I'm going to do my best to hold on!  Bringing back memories of the 947 start climb...and Amashova's Fox hill.

I see last year only 28 guys rode in VA. (The guys crossed in two distinct bunches)But 60+ at Serengeti.

I wonder if its a fact that Serengeti is being timed by Champoinchip this year that there is this migration to the BergenDale?

Last year the B&D was on the same weekend as SA national champs, so that cut the numbers a lot.

For me, Racetec trumps Championchip every time...

Your not the only one with that opinion. Iv heard quite a few guys with comments similar to that just with different choice of words. Any idea why this is so?

I think the Racetec affiliation with Argus and 947 seeding adds here.

there are also not that many races with championchip, i only do one every year which is Carnival City next month... so also maybe a factor as you have to buy 2 timing chips and the majority of races are racetec
