It really is a moerse schlep for me to get to fourways during work hours to go pick up a number and some vitamins.So basically I want to know if anyone can confirm there will be a number pick up spot on Saturday at serengeti?PS: the mtb race is on so I'm sure they will have people there.Have you got a answer as I don`t really feel like driving the whole way to fourways from edenvale to pick up my race pack.

But with the mtb race going on i'm sure they will be there the whole morning. Ill be there before 10h00 to be sure.

There is a new map attached to the mail but I haven't viewed it yet.

AryM Posted January 29, 2015 Posted January 29, 2015 ROAD RACE CHANGES: Due to unexpected road works that started last weekend on a section of the route the organizers had to make changes to the 101km and 112km. the changes are as follow: 100 km becomes 109Km and the 112 km will also ride the 109km (according to Road commissaire decision) attached please find route map.Please take note that all distance racers will join on the Delmas road and ride last part together, for in case race groups is not ahead of the 68km all non racers must please keep left so that the racing groups could pass. 10 km kids ride same as 2014 inside Serengeti Golf and Wildlife Estate premises68 km same as 2014 MTB final route changes 10 Km – approx 9.7 Km30 Km - approx 34 Km60 Km - approx 58 Km There will be self help water hoses placed on the route. There is open door showers at the school and bike wash at finish. Enjoy the ride!
Long Wheel Base Posted January 29, 2015 Posted January 29, 2015 So you all know what this means? Unless your elite your seeding is now going to be slightly worse. Last year it was a tandem that had the fastest time if I remember correctly. Elites did a longer route so their times didn't count for our seedings. Now they doing the same route so they will obviously set the benchmark.
