Which means he's hidden more than double that.

"Despite the absence of any legal basis for the sanction, Armstrong offered to pay SCA the entire $10-million in order to resolve the matter, but SCA refused."

Take that money and give it to some charity. Many capitalized off him performance/fame lets not forget that. If he needs to start coughing up the others should do toowell said, can only imagine how much money Oakley, Nike and Trek made thanks to him.
