its a new form of shedding unwanted weight, 5grams here, 5 grams there, 40% of that and yu lost 2KG without knowing, all very scientific

I was VERY VERY impressed with the guys from Extreme lights. Not often you get told a light is a bit of a gimmik and he sells you a cheaper light and then says you can have to for the same price as the gimmik and with a discount. The proceeds to offer you a big discount on the lights for front of the bike plus a spare battery. Extreme lights gets my vote as the stand to visit (ok also the guys doing the great rift valley cycling trip, the rovos rail cycling trip and desert nights cycling trip).

Same old same old. Such a good opportunity to add some entertainment of some sort. Indoor BMX/ skate park, jumping over stuff,ramps, rocks. A mini X-treme Park.Will add to the spirit. Maybe restricted for space...

Those CWC repair stands were going like hot cakes, saw every second guy walking around with one. One of the guys at CWC said they sold nearly 500 since yesterday... also got some Rocket bibs for R250 to use for the IDT
